Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If a Darnell Labs digital product isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain why, though we'd appreciate knowing what we could do better.

How to request a refund

1. Use the contact form and choose "Refund request".
2. Include the email address you used at checkout and the product name.
3. We'll process the refund through Gumroad, usually within 3 business days. It goes back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

After 14 days

Because products are delivered instantly as downloads, we don't normally refund purchases after 14 days. If something is wrong with a file — it won't open, or it's missing content — contact us at any time and we'll fix it or send a replacement.
